Concert Make-Up

Concerts are our most important events.  While sometimes missing a concert is unavoidable, it needs to be noted that the assignment to make up an concert will not be necessarily easy.

Christmas Concert Make-Up Assignment

In order to make up the points for the concert, you must write a four-page paper on your instrument, including its origins, history and famous performers on your instrument.

You must use the following formatting for your paper:

  • Times New Roman font.
  • 12 pt. font
  • 1/2 inch margins on top and bottom and both sides.
  • At the top of the first page, you need to put the composer’s name, your name and the band you are in (see below for example)
  • When I say four pages, I mean that you write three WHOLE pages (you go onto the 5th page).

Please do not just copy and paste Wikipedia or other online sources.  That is plagiarism and is not honest.

Once you turn in your paper, it will take me roughly one week to grade it, then your grade will be adjusted.
